Led by Principal Mining Engineer Louise Faint, Ordana brings structure, clarity, and technical rigour to complex underground challenges — bridging the gap between technical services and operational delivery.

Louise is an experienced underground mining engineer, with over 13 years experience across multiple underground metalliferous mines across Australia. She has worked across operational leadership, mine planning & scheduling as well as continuous improvement roles. She is passionate about improving the interface between technical services and operations, to ensure safe delivery of key metrics for both mine operators and contracting partners.
